Ms. Bhageerathy Ramamoorthy
Managing Trustee
A former officer with the Indian Bank, Ms. Bhageerathy took voluntary retirement from the services of the Bank to pursue her passion of serving the elderly, by setting up Anandam. She coordinates all activities of Anandam Trust with able support from the Trustees and the Committee members. She has received numerous awards for her relentless efforts in mitigating the suffering of the poor. A lifelong learner, Ms Bhageerathy is also a qualified counselor, having completed her Masters degree in counseling.

K. Narayanan
With more than three decades of experience in industrial engineering, Mr Narayanan played a pivotal role in ensuring that Anandam Home was ergonomically designed for the residents. Under his guidance, the Home has successfully initiated green initiatives like rain water harvesting, bio-gas plant, grey water recycling and solar electric panels.

R. Rajkumar
A former Indian Bank employee, he has organized and continued to organize many blood donation camps. He is the President of the Association of Voluntary blood donors for the last 30 years. He is an active social worker, he is also involved in organizing ANNA DAANAM (providing free food) on a regular basis.
Prof. Anand Jagadeesan
Trustee
An academician in the field of management science and a management consultant by professional practice. 22 years of experience in diversified sectors such as oil & gas, Media, Banking, IT, Non-Banking Financial Services and Higher Education. Managing Partner of CCG Business Consultants India LLP, Cyprium Advisors LLP, and Chennai Consulting Groups. A certified teacher by Ministry of Education, Singapore. Serves as a member of Board of governors and academics council in the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India and Trustee of Chennai Institute of Business Studies. Member of Advisory Board in V-excel Educational Trust. Associated with various NGOs and have conducted workshops in the field of Management for Government schools.
S. Ramamoorthy

A leading HVAC consultant, Mr. Ramamoorthy has designed HVAC systems for hospitals, IT parks, educational institutions and banks. All structural designing requirements at Anandam are overseen by Mr Ramamoorthy.

B. Com graduate Worked in a Multi-National Company. Actively participating in Social Activities.
Mrs. Sumaty Santhanam
Trustee
A retired Indian Bank employee. Had passion to serve the elderly who came by as the pensioners in the Bank. Had been in NSS at college level serving in the cancer Institute in Chennai and later in many other organisations. During 1990 was closely associated with Thakkar Bapa Vidyalaya regularly taking classes for visually challenged students. Later joined hands with Anandam.
